Wondering how much sleep your child should be getting?
Every child is unique so be sure to look at your child's individual cues on whether he/she is getting enough sleep:
are they happy or moody when they wake up?
do you have to wake them or do they wake on their own?
are they irritable and experiencing difficulty with frustration?
Of course some behaviors are the natural result of being a baby and toddlerhood! However, our children usually experience an increased difficulty to function and handle difficult emotions when they are sleep deprived.
